Massachusetts Telehealth Psychotherapy

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. from Columbia University, and have years of training working with clients from many backgrounds with a wide range of concerns, including coping with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, schizophrenia, addiction issues, and more generally, people struggling to find their place in their world.

In my private practice, I currently provide psychotherapy for adults across Massachusetts via telehealth. Clients describe me as compassionate, curious, and authentic, and my approach is integrative and individualized.

Therapeutic Approach

I aim to create a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where we can understand you in all your complexity, make room for difficult feelings, and help you develop more flexible and fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

A focus of my therapeutic perspective is that there is a lot to gain from thinking and feeling about how you relate and connect—to others and to yourself. By intentionally noticing patterns as they emerge in therapy, you can begin to experience yourself and your world in less painful, and more fulfilling ways.

My work is integrative and individualized. This means that I work with you to understand not only how you see yourself and your world, but also how you think about change and what interventions feel helpful. I draw from Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Relational approaches.
